IMPORTANT:  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE CLICKING CONTINUE!

BEFORE SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:

1) NOTE:  This boat is located on Sauk Lake in Sauk Centre, MN. If you're staying at our Sauk Lake Retreat, the boat will be waiting for you in its dock slip, making pick-up and drop-off quick and easy—no trailering required.  Please indicate that you are staying at our cabin in the notes section of your booking request.

• If you'd like to enjoy the boat on a different lake, our trailer is available for your use. To transport it, you'll simply need to bring the boat to our nearby launch site, located approximately 1 mile from the cabin, where it can be loaded onto the trailer provided. At the end of your rental, we ask that you return it to the same location.

• If you plan to take the boat to another lake, please include the destination lake in the notes section of your booking request.

2) Check our Calendar to ensure the dates/times you are requesting are available.  Please note that pickup and dropoff times must be between sunrise and sunset.

• BLANK = Available

• CONFIRMED = Dates are already booked (go to our Waitlist to reserve dates and we’ll let you know if it becomes available)

• TENTATIVE = Contract pending (go to our Waitlist to reserve dates and we’ll let you know if it becomes available)

3) Note the pricing, $300/day (20% off rentals > 2 days), $1500/week.  High demand weekends (4th of July, Labor Day, first weekend in Aug) will incur an additional $100 surcharge/rental).  This price does not include fuel.  The boat will be supplied with a full tank, along with 4 of our 5 gallon portable tanks, all of which must be returned full with regular unleaded fuel.  There is an additional charge of $100 if you want to take the boat off Sauk Lake and need to use our trailer.

AFTER SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:

1) Your dates will be marked as tentative on our calendar, and you will receive an email from us with three tasks: 

• eSign and return your contract.

• Pay your $100 reservation deposit.  You can check our Payments tab to see what forms of payments we accept.  Please note that we require an additional 3% when using a credit card.

• Email a copy of your driver’s license.

2) After step one is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your dates will be marked as confirmed on our calendar.  This email will contain aditional instructions for your reservation: 

• There will be an overview video to familiarize yourself with this pontoon.

• You will also receive two calendar invites for your pick-up and drop-off times per your contract.  These will include instructions and a link for a remote video call where we will be going over the check-in/check-out process together the day of your booking.  We recommend downloading the Free Conference Call app on your phone prior for this process.
